Student Housing Community Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee student housing occupancy, leasing cycles and resident programs
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Multifamily or student housing experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- University housing partnerships
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$65,000–$100,000 per year
