Retail Property Operations Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shopping center operations, tenants and service budgets
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Commercial retail property operations experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- CAM reconciliation and tenant coordination
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$80,000–$125,000 per year
