Renewals Specialist supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage renewal outreach, lease offers and retention reporting
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Sales follow-up and spreadsheet skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Revenue management platform experience
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$22–$34 per hour
