Portfolio Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio financials, asset performance and operating strategies
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years portfolio or property leadership
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Institutional ownership reporting
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$105,000–$165,000 per year
