Maintenance Supervisor supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technicians, preventive maintenance and vendor repairs
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years maintenance and supervisory experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$65,000–$100,000 per year
