Maintenance Dispatcher supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Triage work orders and dispatch technicians and contractors
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Phone support and scheduling skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Emergency maintenance dispatch
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$19–$28 per hour
