Leasing Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead leasing team, marketing activity and occupancy targets
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years leasing or sales experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Multifamily lease-up experience
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$55,000–$85,000 per year
