Leasing Consultant supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tours, process applications and follow up with prospects
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Customer service and sales communication skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Property leasing software experience
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$19–$29 per hour
