Industrial Property Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse properties, industrial tenants and service contracts
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industrial or commercial property experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial lease and roof systems knowledge
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$85,000–$135,000 per year
