Job Description
HVAC Maintenance Technician supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- HVAC service experience and applicable certifications
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$25–$40 per hour
