Groundskeeper supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping, common areas and exterior cleanliness
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Landscaping equipment experience
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$17–$25 per hour
