Capital Projects Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital improvement projects, contractors and approvals
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years construction or facilities projects
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$90,000–$145,000 per year
