Building Engineer supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain mechanical systems, building controls and equipment logs
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Building systems and troubleshooting experience
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- BAS and HVAC licenses
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$68,000–$105,000 per year
