Affordable Housing Property Manager supporting U.S. residential or commercial property operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate income-restricted housing and oversee compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, or internal stakeholders as applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years multifamily experience; compliance awareness
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow company policies and applicable regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- LIHTC or HUD program training
- Experience with property management platforms or related reporting tools
Pay Range
$60,000–$95,000 per year
